You can include a reply paid envelope with your addressed mail and unaddressed mail services, providing an easy, safe and trusted way for your constituents to reach you.

Reply Paid Letters Annual Fee

The Annual Fee applies to every Reply Paid Number issued (excluding Parcels andInternational):

e.g. If a customer has five (5) Reply Paid Numbers: $60.00 x 5 = $300.00 p.a.

The Annual Fee will be automatically billed to your Charge Account on the anniversary date of commencement.

International Reply Paid Application Fee

The Application Fee for International Reply Paid is to be paid when you lodge your application for the service. The application and cheque should be sent to the addresslisted on the International Reply Paid application form.
