The new environmentally sustainable CBW complex on the corner of Bourke and William Streets, in Melbourne’s CBD, has been awarded a 5 star ‘Green Star’ rating.

This is a proud achievement and Precinct and Cbus Property approached syn-rg, as experts in online media, to produce the Flash® introduction animation to the website.

Highlighting the buildings of 550 Bourke and 181 William, and the Goldsbrough Lane retail arcade, the intro displays the magnificent location, architecture and working lifestyle for prospective tenants of the CBW complex.

We too are proud of the final product, as we have managed to integrate full screen animation into the web delivery, without compromising performance or viewability.
