As leaders in the supply of fully integrated, core recruitment software systems, FastTrack approached syn-rg to design a new visual housestyle for the FastTrack website.
The key requirement was to “create and reinforce credibility without negatively affecting current rankings”.

The new site also needed to communicate the Business Benefits for choosing FastTrack, including:

  • Strength and stability in front, middle and back office integration
  • Knowledge (technical, recruitment industry and recruitment consultancy business)
  • Efficiency and professionalism (yet personable).

Besides the logo, all other graphic elements including visual, imagery and communication styles were created by syn-rg. We created the “Performance” texture, which became the central anchor to all imagery and collateral. The texture aligned with the FastTrack brandmark and the positioning strapline of Reliability. Performance, Success.

We designed a modular template system that could work with the FastTrack CMS, including text styles, navigation items, tables, images, call-to-action blocks, case study and customer profiles templates — breaking up the elements into components that could be included or omitted from the CMS, without affecting the website composition.

We worked closely with Datalink, who produced the Content Management System for FastTrack, ensuring our files and creative worked perfectly with the utilised CMS.

The result is a striking, contemporary and product-driven website, able to meet FastTrack’s technical, promotional and communication needs.

Following on from the success of the website, we were then asked to carry across the new look ‘n’ feel into other online material, including:

  • software user interface icons and (UI) design
  • login and licence screens
  • email newsletter templates.

FastTrack now have a consistent suite of communications that position them as leaders in the recruitment industry. The new creative reinforces credibility in the FastTrack brand and ensures all communications connect and speak with one voice.
