The ISIS Toolbox is an online repository and document management solution that resides within the secure ISIS intranet. It is available to all national offices and site workers.

The system enables managers and administrators to add content, images and documents via the document manager.

syn-rg was approached by the ISIS Group to produce and implement the new ISIS Toolbox on the company’s intranet server.

As well as being a mechanism to deliver brand and guidelines information, the solution involved high levels of customised modules, including News, Quote of the Day, Weather and Quick Poll & Awards survey modules, an Events & Business Calendar facility, Meeting Room Booking mechanism, and Image & Video libraries.

The solution was delivered with a high degree of success and within very tight timeframes.
